New 2010 Jaguar XJ Officialy Revealed | AUTO WORLD

The new 2010 Jaguar XJ luxury sedan finally revealed at exclusive event at the Saatchi Gallery in London this evening. The next-gen XJ is promised to be the new leader in a segment led by the BMW 7 Series and the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, as well as the Audi A8 and the Lexus LS.

Jaguar expects that the super luxury British sedan will pervade a daring new phantom in its segment, merit to a bold new purpose command, good performance and a high paradigm of engineering excellence. A standout outer present is the panoramic flute roof that not only creates addition interior light but also gives the XJ a lessen roofline. Jaguar says it will offer both the standard car and the long-controls-build version right from the get go. The last is 125mm longer but both versions have a gumboot as big as 520 litres in degree.

Aerospace-inspired aluminium body architecture was used in constructing the new XJ, making it lighter (by at slightest 150kg) than its competitors. Jaguar’s official combined economy figure for the diesel is 40.1 mpg and its C02 emissions figure is 184g/km.
